Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Chia Bowl
INGREDIENTS
1 cup full fat organic yogurt (I use Trader Joe’s Goat Yogurt)
1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp PB2 powder or regular nut butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 cup water
1/8 cup gogi berries
1/2 cup granola (I used Julian Bakery ProGranola)
STEPS
In a tupperware, mix yogurt, chia seeds and water until it becomes one even mixture.
Add cacao, preferred nut butter, vanilla, and cinnamon and mix well.
Top with gogi berries and granola. Cover with tupperware lid and keep in the fridge overnight.
