Spiced Chicken Breast - 2 ways

INGREDIENTS
Thinly sliced chicken breast
Option 1 (spicy):
1 tsp cayenne
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Option 2:
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cumin
STEPS
- Rinse chicken breast with water and pat dry
- Combine all spices in option 1 or option 2 in a small bowl and mix well
- Sprinkle seasoning onto both sides of each slice of chicken and rub in to evenly distribute
- Warm a skillet over medium high heat and spray with any cooking spray. Place pieces of chicken on the pan, uncovered and let cook for 5-7 minutes on each side (may be a little more or less depending on thickness of chicken)
- When chicken is fully cooked through, serve!
